The Party Studio delivers all parcels through either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Please allow between 4 to 10 working days depending on your location.  The Party Studio endeavours to keep delivery charges at a minimum.  However, keep in mind that party goods are often fragile items so items that require extra care are boxed so that they arrive to you in pristine condition.  This can often push delivery prices upwards.

Postage will be calculated on checkout.  The following table gives a guideline for postage fees.

Please note that some items may incur extra costs due to the size of the package.  You may also choose to have your package sent via registered mail which is an extra $2.70 per package. 

If you require express delivery, please inform us in the comments section of your order. We shall inform you of the cost via email prior to sending the package to you.

In order to keep our perishables as fresh as possible, when you order a Party Package, invitations will be sent out upon receipt of your payment in an express post satchel and the remaining items in your package will be sent out so that they arrive approximately 1 week prior to the date of your party as indicated on your order. If you require the package to be sent with the invites, please inform us in the comments section of your order.

The Party Studio does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or change of mind. The Party Studio accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage, including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care during the delivery process.
