All prices are
quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. Payments can be made by bank
transfer or credit card using our secure online system.
Our Products
All products hand
crafted by The Party Studio and our team may have slight variations between
each individual item. The Party Studio reserves the right to replace any item/s
in a package with an alternative item of equivalent value.
Exchanges & Refunds
In
order to maintain a high level of quality, The Party Studio ensures that all
products are in perfect condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely
event that you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately by
emailing info@thepartystudio.com.au to obtain a return code.
Returned products
must be unused and in its original condition complete with packaging and
returned within 7 days of receipt. Once the item has been received by The Party
Studio, we will determine if the item is faulty. If a fault is detected, a full
refund of the item price will be issued in the same way in which original
payment was made. Return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

respects the privacy of all our clients. All personal details provided
will remain with The Party Studio and will not be distributed to third parties.
